Operations Junior Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is expanding rapidly on the international stage and needs a proactive Operations Junior Analyst to keep its logistics engine running smoothly. You will act as the central point for carrier and warehouse relationships, support the sales team, and help source new suppliers for our growing product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions and negotiations with carriers and warehouses for European and overseas shipments.
• Align logistics operations with sales deadlines to ensure timely product delivery.
• Research and source new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Provide documentation support for purchasing, import, and export processes.
• Monitor product flow and coordinate with strategic partners to accelerate new‑product development.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (daily use required).
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Assertive communication to interact with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management, or Brazilian procurement is a strong plus.
