Operations Analyst – Global Logistics & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Analyst to lead our global logistics, carrier relationships and sales support as Amazonia Bio expands internationally. The role combines supply‑chain coordination, procurement assistance and product‑flow monitoring to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for daily negotiations with carriers and warehouses across Europe and overseas.
• Align logistical operations with sales team deadlines, ensuring agile commercial support.
• Research and source new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Provide documentation support for purchasing, import and export processes.
• Monitor and accelerate the development flow of new products together with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese – daily use required.
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Extreme attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation and commercial data.
• Assertive communication skills to interact with suppliers, international carriers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management or Brazilian procurement is a strong plus.
