Operations Junior Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is expanding its global operations and seeks a dynamic Operations Junior Analyst to support supply chain, procurement, logistics, transportation and quality functions. You will act as the central point for carrier negotiations, warehouse coordination and sales‑team alignment, helping to accelerate the launch of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships and negotiations with carriers and warehouses for European and overseas shipments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure logistics meet commercial deadlines.
• Research and source new suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Support procurement documentation, including purchasing and import/export processes.
• Monitor product flow and development timelines with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (daily use required).
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation and data.
• Assertive communication skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management or Brazilian procurement is a strong plus.
