Mid-level IT Recruiter

About the role

We are expanding our team in Lisbon and need a Mid‑level IT Recruiter who can own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions. You will source, screen and interview candidates, manage client relationships and help shape our talent‑attraction strategy in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, from intake to offer.
• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, building strong, qualified shortlists.
• Conduct interviews, including those held in English.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, aligning expectations and providing regular updates.
• Maintain a candidate CRM with an up‑to‑date pipeline and accurate data.
• Stay informed about technology trends and the IT job market to enable strategic conversations with candidates and clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and ability to explain technical role requirements clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tenacity and ability to build and maintain a professional network.
• English proficiency above B2, with daily use of English in interviews and communications.
• Preferred: degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Applied Languages or related field.
• Preferred: hands‑on experience with online interview platforms.
• Preferred: interest in growing into client management with a proactive, consultative approach.
