Member Relations Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Member Relations Operator to be the primary communication hub for our private golf club community in Comporta, Portugal. You will manage radio updates, respond to member and staff messages, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering personalized, warm service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and relay incoming radio communications from internal teams.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member and staff WhatsApp messages.
• Prioritize and coordinate requests based on urgency, member impact and operational needs.
• Dispatch support to internal teams, escalating urgent matters as required.
• Log, track and follow up on all communications to guarantee timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Experience in member services, hospitality, dispatch or operations coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Calm, proactive, service‑oriented attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
