Marketing Services Consultant

About the role

As a Marketing Services Consultant at Mastercard, you will work directly with clients to design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will combine marketing expertise, data analytics and structured problem‑solving to deliver high‑quality recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client‑facing consulting engagements and support the development of marketing strategies.
• Analyze customer, market and campaign data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation of acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results and suggest improvements.
• Prepare client deliverables, presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and assist senior members in addressing marketing challenges.
• Stay current with marketing trends, media best practices, consumer behavior and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles, media agencies or consulting.
• Experience with digital marketing, media planning, execution and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
