Marketing Project Manager – EMEA Marketing Operations

About the role

AlgoMarketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead a large international marketing programme across the EMEA region. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring delivery of consumer‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of regional marketing projects across more than 25 markets.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, creative partners, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
• Oversee campaign briefs, creative assets, feedback cycles, approvals and launch schedules.
• Identify risks, remove blockers and keep projects moving forward.
• Facilitate clear communication between regional and local teams.
• Support execution of consumer marketing initiatives and operational improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience in marketing, technology, retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
