Marketing Operations & Communications Associate

About the role

DwellyDwelly is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Operations & Communications Associate to support day‑to‑day marketing execution across its growing portfolio of eight agency brands. The role is highly operational, focused on building scalable systems, establishing consistent content cadences, and improving landlord and tenant engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for social media, blogs, lead magnets and regulatory updates across multiple brands.
• Maintain brand consistency using shared templates, systems and processes while adapting content for local markets.
• Manage landlord newsletters, regulatory updates and platform announcements; build and segment Mailchimp campaigns and nurture journeys.
• Coordinate tenant‑facing communications across the portfolio.
• Update website content, support template roll‑outs, and assist with SEO‑driven content and on‑page optimisation.
• Use Zapier and AI tools to automate content production and operational workflows.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, templates and internal documentation.
• Track and report on campaign and email performance metrics.
• Support paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, including audience targeting and creative production.
