Marketing Officer

Popular, Puerto Rico’s leading financial institution, is seeking a Marketing Officer to design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer value perception and drive business growth. The role operates in a hybrid environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and media plans based on customer analytics, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Analyze data to create campaign briefs and monitor performance against business goals.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, merchants, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage budget and resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in marketing, customer communications, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems independently.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and business reports.
