Senior Creative Strategist - Paid Social

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; this role is with a fast-scaling performance marketing agency that creates high-converting creative for paid social and digital advertising. The Senior Creative Strategist leads the development of ad creatives across paid social channels, owning the creative strategy lifecycle from ideation and testing to scaling winning concepts, and works closely with media buyers, designers and clients. It is described as an ideal remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Lead creative ideation, briefing and testing frameworks to improve ad performance
• Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate on winning concepts
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to align creative with campaign goals
• Work with designers, video editors and copywriters to produce high-converting assets
• Conduct competitor research and identify emerging creative trends
• Present strategy, insights and results to internal teams and clients
• Build scalable creative systems and testing pipelines

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or paid social
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns through high-performing ad creatives
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Managing or mentoring creative teams is a plus
