Marketing Manager – Conversion Rate Optimisation

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Marketing Manager specialised in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to drive growth across its core markets. You will own paid acquisition performance, manage budgets, and lead landing‑page testing to boost conversion rates throughout the acquisition funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth and performance across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for core markets, handling budget allocation and campaign optimisation.
• Lead landing‑page creation, testing and optimisation, defining the CRO roadmap from ideation to analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, CRM/CMS and web teams to improve site layout, user journeys and funnel conversion.
• Drive technical and process projects that enable faster landing‑page updates and scalable experimentation.
• Identify conversion‑efficiency opportunities beyond media buying, such as messaging, page structure, forms and overall funnel experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing performance‑marketing campaigns or equivalent academic exposure.
• Degree in business, marketing, data, computer science or a related field.
• KPI‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
