Marketing Lead (Remote, Europe)

About the role

AIVM is seeking a Marketing Lead to work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer. This full‑time, fully remote position will drive marketing strategy and execution for both the infrastructure platform and consumer‑facing AI products across B2B and B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the CMO on the full spectrum of marketing activities.
• Develop and implement go‑to‑market plans for new product launches.
• Create, schedule, and publish short‑form social content across all channels.
• Design and run growth experiments, including paid acquisition and community initiatives.
• Set up AI‑powered automations to improve team efficiency.
• Balance technical, developer‑focused messaging with consumer‑grade product growth tactics.

Required profile

• Deeply creative, highly active online, and comfortable with AI‑driven tools.
• Strong understanding of both Web3 and Web2 tech cultures and trends.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a high sense of ownership.
• Ability to move quickly between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
