Marketing & Communication Swiss Army Knife (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Communication professional who can jump between many tasks and learn new ones on the fly. The role is hybrid, based in Parque das Nações, and supports all areas of the business from HR to consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts and other corporate communications.
• Design and tweak visual assets in Figma and PowerPoint, edit videos and produce photography for internal and external use.
• Manage social‑media channels, email‑marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Collaborate with HR, sourcing, business and management teams to develop campaigns and internal communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Curious, creative and hands‑on attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Good eye for design, attention to detail and enjoyment of writing.
• Comfortable using Figma and PowerPoint on a daily basis.
• Interest in social media, content creation, email marketing, photography and video.
• Organised yet flexible, able to adapt plans quickly.
• Proactive, willing to suggest improvements and work with diverse teams.
• Enthusiastic about technology, business and consulting environments.
