Marketing & Communication Swiss Army Knife (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Communication professional who can wear many hats and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. Based in Parque das Nações and working hybrid, you will help shape how Nimber presents its technology, culture and services to internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling presentations that translate complex tech ideas into clear visuals.
• Produce LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other social media content.
• Design and tweak assets using Figma and PowerPoint.
• Edit short videos and support photography for corporate communication.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR, Sourcing, Business, and Management teams on ad‑hoc projects.
• Support corporate branding, email marketing, and content creation across channels.

Required profile

• Curious, creative and hands‑on with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills; able to craft clear, engaging messages.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and taking initiative.
• Enjoys working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
