Marketing Analytics Team Lead

About the role

The Marketing Analytics Team Lead will drive the operational delivery, quality and evolution of Marketing Analytics solutions across Consumer Intelligence and Marketing Performance Analytics. You will ensure robust, scalable outputs for multiple markets while managing daily direction, prioritisation and escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational delivery of Consumer Intelligence and Marketing Performance Analytics solutions, meeting scope, timelines and quality expectations.
• Manage demand, workload, capacity and prioritisation, escalating delivery risks as needed.
• Apply quality‑assurance routines, review checkpoints and delivery standards across dashboards, reports and analyses.
• Communicate with stakeholders, conduct service reviews and manage expectations to maintain alignment.
• Onboard, coach and support team members, providing clear priorities and development feedback.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, metric definitions and knowledge materials for repeatable delivery.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement, automation and standardisation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with approved tools, data‑governance practices and access controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics service delivery, consumer intelligence or marketing performance analytics.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, allocate workload and meet agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics deliverables, PFME reporting and performance measurement.
• Experience defining SOPs, QA routines, documentation and governance practices.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
