About the role
Join Bain’s Global Business Services Center in Lisbon as a Manager Assistant. You will provide high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring smooth calendar, travel, and workflow coordination in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage busy, ever‑changing diaries and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, visas, and related documentation.
- Provide logistical and technical support for meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and handle digital mailing systems.
- Process expense reports, reconcile bank statements, and manage foreign‑currency receipts.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on building trusted relationships.
