Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will review and improve logistics documentation, evaluate workflows, and support project teams with your expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to illustrate best practices.
• Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply chain challenges.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating documentation.
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of identifying process improvements.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering high‑quality contributions on time.
