Lead EHS Supervisor

About the role

The Lead EHS Supervisor will direct and enhance Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across a manufacturing operation, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain MEHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and guidance on MEHS requirements to all employees.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Support sustainability initiatives and waste‑reduction projects.
• Supervise and develop EHS technicians, offering guidance and teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of EHS experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in a diverse manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
