Lead Creative Producer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead Creative Producer to head its Ads Creative Production team. You will drive the creation of high‑impact static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring they meet key performance indicators such as conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creative production process for user‑acquisition ads across major platforms.
• Define and evolve creative direction in partnership with user‑acquisition, design, and AI teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset variation, and editing workflows.
• Mentor and manage a team of Creative Producers, fostering growth and performance.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and iterate quickly to improve results.
• Launch experimental creative initiatives to boost conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Serve as the single point of contact for cross‑functional collaboration on ad creative projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative production teams for digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and data‑driven optimization.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
