L&D Specialist – Digital Learning, AI & Programs

About the role

Flix is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Specialist to shape how our global teams learn and grow. You will design, deliver and continuously improve digital and blended learning programmes, leveraging AI‑powered tools to create scalable, high‑impact experiences for thousands of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver learning programmes across multiple employee levels, ensuring quality, measurable outcomes and alignment with business priorities.
• Drive global L&D projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, from planning through execution.
• Design blended learning solutions—including digital courses, leadership programmes and performance‑support tools—using AI‑enhanced authoring platforms.
• Identify and embed AI opportunities in everyday L&D practice for content creation, personalisation and operational efficiency.
• Own programme delivery, optimisation and effectiveness through data analysis, feedback collection and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve L&D operations and systems, including the FlixUni Learning Management System.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in corporate L&D or programme management within a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proven track record designing and supporting digital and blended learning solutions with a focus on business impact.
• Strong digital mindset and experience with LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes end‑to‑end, handling priorities, timelines and stakeholders independently.
• Comfort with learning data and metrics to drive improvements.
