About the role

Join the culinary team at Fogo de Chão as a Kitchen Prep team member. You will support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts, ensuring high quality and consistency for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Maintain the highest standards of inventory and fresh produce quality.
• Manage inventory levels and organize storage areas.
• Track product expiration dates and assist management with inventory control.
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitized.
• Complete opening and closing shift duties as directed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
