About the role

Join SP+ Hospitality as a Self Parking Guest Service Representative and become the friendly face of our checkout‑free parking experience. You will welcome guests entering and exiting hotel garages, ensuring a smooth, 5‑star interaction every time.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm, professional welcome as they enter or leave the garage.
• Collect parking fees using SP+’s latest parking software and technology.
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide directions, record ticket numbers, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold personal appearance standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors, including occasional corporate office tasks.

Required profile

• Neat, clean, and polite demeanor – the company motto.
• Ability to smile, acknowledge guests, and deliver a warm welcome.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Minimum age of 18 with a professional appearance.
• Physical ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, work outdoors in extreme temperatures, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Capability to calculate parking rates manually without a calculator.
