Overnight Guest Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Overnight Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests entering or exiting our hotel or garage, delivering a warm welcome and a courteous farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a 5‑star/diamond level of service.
• Collect valet parking fees using the latest parking software and technology.
• Answer telephone calls, provide directions and record ticket numbers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor, including tasks at the corporate office.

Required profile

• Neat, clean and polite appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods (6‑8 hours) and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Physical ability to perform repeated hand motions such as making change and operating a clock.

Required skills

• Proficiency with parking software for fee collection.
