Room Attendant – Hospitality Service Role

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic, service‑oriented Room Attendant to join its hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas while delivering the high‑standard service the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
• Provide clean linen, bedding and towels for each guest room.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, operating hours and surrounding amenities.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses and other guest supplies.
• Identify and report items left behind by guests using the hotel’s lost‑and‑found process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and hospitality best practices.
