Junior Operations Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is expanding rapidly on a global scale and needs a dynamic Junior Operations Analyst to support its supply chain, procurement, logistics, and transportation functions. You will act as the central point for carrier and warehouse coordination while ensuring seamless alignment with sales and product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships and negotiations with carriers and warehouses for European distribution and overseas transports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align logistical operations with market demands and deadlines.
• Research and source new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Provide documentation support for purchasing, import, and export processes.
• Monitor and accelerate the product flow of new developments together with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Assertive communication skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
