Junior Operations Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Amazonia Bio is expanding rapidly on the international stage and needs a proactive Junior Operations Analyst to support its global logistics, carrier relationships, and sales alignment. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys coordinating supply‑chain activities across Europe and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for carriers and warehouses, handling daily negotiations and coordination for European distribution and overseas transport.
• Align logistical operations with sales team deadlines, ensuring timely product delivery.
• Research and source new product and service suppliers to improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Provide documentation support for purchasing, import, and export processes.
• Monitor product flow, maintaining agility and precision throughout the development cycle with strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (daily usage required).
• Execution‑oriented mindset with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation, and commercial data.
• Assertive communication skills for interacting with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management, or Brazilian procurement is a strong plus.
