Junior IT Strategy Consultant

About the role

As a Junior IT Strategy Consultant at BIP, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape business and technology strategies and design digital transformation road‑maps. You will gain early client exposure and contribute significantly to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business needs and translate them into technology strategies.
• Develop digital transformation plans covering Cloud, Data & AI, Security and Application Development.
• Collaborate with Data and Cloud Architects and Engineers to support technology‑modernisation initiatives.
• Produce reusable assets, technical documentation and internal engineering standards for the xTech practice.
• Participate actively in project execution and client workshops.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with strong business sense and analytical mindset.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, from a recognised institution.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a technology consulting services environment.
• Good understanding of core technology concepts such as Cloud, Data, AI, Security and Application Development.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and excellent oral communication skills.
