Junior IT Recruiter (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and placing IT talent for a variety of client projects, working in a hybrid environment that balances office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified IT candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews and assessments to match candidate profiles with client needs.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the recruitment system.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and uphold KCS IT’s values of transparency and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
