Junior Financial Consultant – Regulatory Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Consultant to join our Lisbon team. You will support financial analysis, reporting and operational processes for a variety of client projects, gaining hands‑on experience with leading financial systems and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of financial analysis and regulatory reporting across client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial workflows and ensure best practices.
• Identify and help resolve issues that arise during project delivery.
• Develop proficiency in financial systems, tools and methodologies through on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Management.
• Understanding of financial principles and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
