Junior Financial Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team in Lisbon. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across our European offices.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update financial models and dashboards.
- Support ad‑hoc financial projects and data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (mastery) and basic knowledge of Portuguese.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
