Junior Consultant

About the role

As a Junior Consultant at BIP, you will join a fast‑growing multinational consulting firm and work directly with clients on strategic and transformational projects. You will be exposed to real client challenges early on and contribute to the execution of each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to develop business strategies and transformation plans.
• Participate in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling to support project recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and deliverables for client meetings.
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute ideas and solutions during workshops and client workshops.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Finance with an outstanding academic record.
• Strong business sense, analytical mindset, and numerical understanding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with people at all organizational levels.
• Client‑oriented and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
