Java Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to join our hybrid project in Lisbon. You will work within a dynamic IT consulting environment, contributing to full‑stack applications and modern cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs in Java.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Contribute to microservices, cloud, and container‑based architectures.
• Write clean code, perform code reviews, and support testing activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and improve application performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Angular, React or Vue.js (plus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices, cloud and container architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
