IT Warehouse Technician – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Warehouse Technician to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for receiving, preparing, testing and dispatching IT equipment, ensuring that every device is ready for end‑user deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect IT assets such as desktops, laptops, monitors and peripherals.
• Label, store and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse.
• Install operating systems from standard images and load approved corporate software.
• Configure basic device settings (PC name, network, user account).
• Perform functional testing of keyboards, screens, ports, connectivity and power.
• Package and ship equipment to various sites and business units.
• Support equipment return, repair and replacement processes.
• Update CMDB/IT asset inventory for all movements.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to identify and escalate faulty hardware.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and operating system installation.
• Ability to identify simple hardware issues and follow testing checklists.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy in stock control and record‑keeping.
• Team‑oriented mindset with reliable punctuality.
• Good communication and conflict‑management abilities.
