HelpDesk Technician – Onsite Support in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a HelpDesk Technician to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will provide onsite end‑user support within a large, dynamic enterprise environment, delivering high‑quality IT services and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, desktop systems, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows, macOS, networking, Wi‑Fi connectivity, printing services, and business applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests, asset inventory, and device lifecycle activities through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, audio‑visual equipment, and other end‑user technologies.
• Collaborate with local and international IT teams on projects, knowledge‑management initiatives, workplace moves, and continuous service‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Experienced in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, messaging platforms, and macOS support.
• Skilled in supporting mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops across multiple platforms.
• Familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and knowledgeable in incident, request, and asset management processes.
