IT Talent Recruiter – 2+ Years Experience

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Talent Recruiter to join its Lisbon office. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top IT professionals for a variety of technology projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates across diverse tech stacks using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and meet recruitment KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with solid knowledge of IT roles.
• Ability to work across diverse technology profiles and understand various tech stacks.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
