IT Support Specialist – Service Desk

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our international industrial company’s internal IT team. The role focuses on delivering first‑line technical assistance to employees both onsite in Lisbon and remotely, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users, both onsite and remote.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, smartphones and tablets.
• Manage endpoints, user accounts and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint.
• Create, track and resolve tickets using the company ticketing system.
• Prepare equipment for new employee onboarding.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with endpoint and mobile device management.
• Solid English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• User‑oriented mindset and good interpersonal abilities.
