IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support, resolving hardware and software incidents.
• Deploy, configure, maintain and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets and mobile devices.
• Install, reinstall and troubleshoot core business applications and operating systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests and assets using ServiceNow.
• Support Microsoft Office, messaging solutions and other corporate applications.
• Troubleshoot corporate networking and Wi‑Fi issues, including patching and root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
• Produce reports, meeting minutes and operational summaries as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, End‑User Computing or IT Service Desk environments.
• Proven Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office, messaging products and mobile devices (iPhone, tablets, laptops).
• Fluent English and ability to work on‑site with rotating shift schedule.
