IT Support (French Speaker)

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a bilingual IT Support professional to join its rapidly growing team in Lisbon. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users while contributing to the stability of the workplace infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user incidents and service requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Maintain and document workplace infrastructure components, including printers and collaboration tools.
• Escalate complex problems to senior teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Participate in knowledge‑base creation and continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in IT User Support, Service Desk or Workplace Infrastructure management within a corporate environment.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
• Mid‑level professional (3‑6 years of relevant experience).
