IT Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Experis is seeking a results‑driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join a client’s Talent Acquisition team within a fast‑moving consulting environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring top IT talent for a variety of projects and clients, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and proactive, resilient, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Portugal and able to work in a hybrid model.
