IT Project Manager – AI Driven

About the role

Inetum is seeking an IT Project Manager focused on AI‑driven initiatives to join its Lisbon team. You will work in a culture that values innovation and supports clients through digital transformation, AI, automation and intelligent agent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and track technology and digital transformation projects.
• Lead AI initiatives, automation programs and intelligent agent implementations.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and external vendors/partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks while providing executive reporting.
• Drive projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology and digital transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, automation and intelligent agents.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent project planning, governance, risk management and reporting skills.
• Ability to align projects with business goals and deliver results.
• Portuguese language proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Project Management certifications are a plus.
