Solution Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

SOFYNE Active Technology is looking for a French‑speaking Solution Consultant to provide global support for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. You will be involved from solution design and implementation through deployment and post‑go‑live support, ensuring customers receive reliable technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and prioritize support issues (L2/L3).
• Provide technical assistance to key users during solution deployment at each site.
• Support sites already in production, analysing issues and delivering solutions or work‑arounds.
• Develop corrective code for maintenance activities and manage application releases and software deployments.
• Handle change requests, perform technical and organisational audits, and contribute to internal tool and process improvements.
• Build and maintain a knowledge repository for support queries and fixes.
• Participate in 24/7 shift support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong customer orientation, integrity, and professional confidence.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, results‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
