Junior AI Engineer

About the role

We are building a headless healthcare platform that streamlines patient intake and treatment plan signing. As a Junior AI Engineer you will join a team that has been applying AI in regulated industries since 2018 and is already deploying agents for healthcare groups across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and Python integrations with booking systems, CRMs and other APIs.
• Take customer workflows from discovery through production, collaborating with the team for review and support.
• Test failure cases, debug issues and verify outcomes with end‑users.
• Transform each deployment into reusable platform capabilities.
• Use coding agents daily and ensure the code you ship meets quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical proficiency in Python, Git and API fundamentals.
• High agency – able to identify missing information, drive tasks to completion and act without being asked.
• Hands‑on experience building with large language models or AI agents and testing their limits.
• Commitment to high standards, fast iteration, and taking responsibility for results.
• Professional English and comfort interacting directly with customers.
• Recent graduates or self‑taught engineers with shipped projects, open‑source contributions or useful tools.

What we offer

• €30,000–€40,000 gross annual base salary, dependent on experience.
