IT Onsite Technician – Customer Support & Hardware

About the role

As an IT Onsite Technician at Hemmersbach you will be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing hands‑on support for hardware, software and account issues. You will work both on‑site at the headquarters and remotely for other locations, ensuring smooth IT operations across the corporate group.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve user problems, logging each case in the ticketing system.
• Maintain, install, configure and de‑commission workstations, laptops and related peripherals (IMACD).
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
• Provide local support to resident technicians and remote assistance to other sites as needed.
• Coordinate with external service providers and attend weekly English‑language conference calls with the international team.
• Support meeting‑room equipment and ensure readiness for corporate events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of direct PC and laptop hardware service experience.
• Strong relationship‑building and time‑management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, applications and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficient English (minimum B2 level).
