IT Governance & Risk Officer

About the role

Inetum is seeking an IT Governance & Risk Officer to strengthen and continuously improve its IT governance and risk management practices. You will promote a risk‑aware culture, ensure alignment with group standards and regulatory requirements such as DORA, and support collaborative, inclusive teamwork across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks, adapting group standards to local needs.
• Work with IT teams and stakeholders to adopt governance practices, maintain clear documentation, and monitor compliance.
• Maintain the IT risk register in ServiceNow, facilitate regular risk reviews, and define relevant controls and KRIs.
• Coordinate IT control plan campaigns, monitor audit activities, and support remediation of audit recommendations.
• Prepare concise reports on IT risks and governance for local and group stakeholders.
• Assist the CIO in preparing IT Steering Committee materials and support quarterly IT Risk & Cyber Committee meetings.
• Track remediation plans related to risks, audits, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or related fields.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and enterprise risk methodologies (e.g., ORSA, RCSA).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work across multiple teams.
