IT Delivery Manager – Hybrid – Lisbon

About the role

MoOngy, an international engineering and IT group, is looking for an IT Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end project delivery for its Financial Services division in Lisbon. The position is hybrid, with 2‑3 days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor IT projects covering scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align delivery with business objectives.
• Track progress, report status, and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Manage vendors and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and legal right to work in Portugal.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA and MS Project (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and stakeholder/vendor management.
