IT Administrator (Linux, Ansible, Terraform)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Administrator to support a challenging project for an international bank. The role focuses on scripting, environment preparation, and ensuring the security and reliability of the bank's IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop and support scripting solutions.
• Prepare, install and operate IT environments.
• Assist with software deployments and updates.
• Perform vulnerability checks and implement remediation.
• Manage system administration tasks, including upgrades, license, user and certificate management.

• Experience working in a global organisation with distributed teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Organised team player with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Shell scripting and Ansible automation.
• Fundamental network concepts (IP addressing, routing, VPN, gateways).
• Cloud development and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Firewall concepts and certificate/PGP‑GPG management.
