Investment Director – Remote (Global)

About the role

RGG Capital, a Dubai‑based single family office, is seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process on a global, remote basis. You will partner directly with senior leadership, including the CEO, to enhance research capabilities, optimise portfolio operations, and drive analytical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investment due diligence: source, screen, and evaluate opportunities across strategies and geographies, analysing performance, risk metrics, and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the due‑diligence lifecycle: maintain trackers, ensure timely updates, and synthesize findings into investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Conduct macro research and market analysis: monitor macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments to produce scenario analyses and actionable briefs.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience in investment management, research, portfolio management, or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong written communication skills and proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and industry‑standard investment tools.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Bloomberg terminal usage.
• Additional programming knowledge (R, SQL) – preferred.
