Integrated Capability Marketing Manager – AI & Agentic Marketing

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Integrated Capability Marketing Manager to lead global B2B campaigns that showcase AI‑powered capabilities such as Agentic Commerce. The role sits within Integrated Capability Marketing and works closely with product, services, communications and digital teams to turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories for both business and technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning, execution and activation of global AI‑focused B2B marketing campaigns across priority channels.
• Translate cross‑portfolio AI capabilities into narratives that resonate with executive decision‑makers and technical stakeholders.
• Create thought‑leadership assets – research reports, whitepapers, toolkits and guides – to drive buyer understanding and adoption.
• Design and orchestrate integrated content journeys across digital, paid media, field activation, partner and communications channels.
• Collaborate with product, services marketing, communications and digital teams to align campaign direction with product priorities.
• Brief and manage external agencies and research partners to deliver content, creative and media aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage campaign budgets, including media spend and agency investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Ability to operate at scale, navigate ambiguity and define new market narratives.
• Strong storytelling skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional product and communications teams.
