Inclusion and CSR Specialist (Maternity Leave Coverage)

About the role

As an Inclusion and CSR Specialist covering maternity leave, you will help drive Blip's Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) programmes and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You will work closely with People, Talent, and business teams to operationalise DEI strategies and ensure CSR activities align with ESG principles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of I&B programmes and coordinate the I&B calendar.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to I&B champions and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Track programme metrics, gather feedback, and prepare participation reports.
• Assist ERG leaders in planning and executing events.
• Manage I&B budget allocation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams to embed I&B into policies, training, and practices.
• Communicate I&B updates to stakeholders across Blip.
• Collect and organise DEI‑related data, support analysis of trends, and maintain activity records.
• Coordinate with Flutter Group I&B teams to ensure alignment with broader strategies.
• Support CSR roadmap, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with ESG and group policies.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating DEI or CSR programmes in a corporate environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and regions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and preparing reports.
