Hybrid Environments Administrator (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)

About the role

We are seeking a Hybrid Environments Administrator to manage and secure our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms. This remote, hands‑on position focuses on seamless integration, identity management, and end‑user support across both environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 services.
• Plan, implement, and sustain integration between the two platforms.
• Manage identity and access (SSO, MFA, provisioning, conditional access) across both environments.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
• Secure and harden collaboration tools, email, and endpoints.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain configurations, policies, documentation, and perform regular audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience integrating the two platforms.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
• Solid background in support and troubleshooting of collaboration environments.
• Good understanding of collaboration and email security.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft security certifications) are advantageous.
